@KarizmatikEMMl I only provided you with information to contact the Terms of Service team because you mentioned your account had been banned. I did not confirm whether or not your account has been suspended, as we're unable to discuss any account-related issues here in the forums. To get further information regarding that, you should follow the instructions in the article shared above.I bought a bunch of EA games from Epic Games thinking I'd play them later. I had dont linked the account and it's been a long time and I can't return them.

Your accounts can’t be linked because the EA Account for be*****@gmail.com was previously linked to the Epic Games account for karizmatikemmim. An EA Account can only be linked to one Epic Games account in its lifetime.
I get this error but the epic account I want to connect is already this one. The email and account are the same. I don't have another epic account.

As the error message says "An EA Account can only be linked to one Epic Games account in its lifetime." In this case the solution would be creating a new EA account and link to link your Epic Games account. Should you require any further account-related assistance, please feel free to contact EA Help Support.
There is an error here. Actually, it is an account feature, but it seems to be connected. The account I want to linked is the same as the account in the error.
