I did also put in a report so I'm hoping they'll sort it out. it always happens when the app needs and update

It's a bad time to try downloading The Sims 4 because the EA app has big matters and who has the game already installed on his computer has to play offline at the moment. I would like to suggest you to wait that these problems will have been solved to try again. The main topic on this error is this one: Sims 4 Updating error 08/21/23
