Please describe Library games vanished and unavailable

Summarize your bug I just launched the EA app at the time of this issue. I start to see a couple of my owned games are not actually in my library, but also vanished. Those games are either "not purchased" or outright don't have a game page of their own. I want to make sure if anyone else experiences this issue, or server related.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Launch the EA app 2. observe the game library. 2.5 click on each game and see what the app says
What happens when the bug occurs? Technically cannot launch the game from the app, BUT can still be launch via file explorer / shortcut .exe
What do you expect to see? To see all my games recovered from this rare bug?
