I've got the newest version. App version - 13.166.0.5679 - Mac Client. There is nothing left to update. And still - same problem. Russian Sims, even I had game in Czech language, and in EA settings - region Slovakia, language English for now.
So, nothing left to do. I've tried all the manuals / notes, everything written in this forum.

If you’re tried everything I guess there’s nothing left to suggest. Make sure you report it using the EA Error Reporter in the EA App. @fannairam @yashechka_play @AnHeLi7
Checking…. Have you completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game and you’re still not able to play in your language? The advice is to repair and possibly uninstall and reinstall.

I second this.
@fannairam @yashechka_lis @AnHeLi7, if a repair of the game itself didn't solve the issue, you might have to reinstall the game so you can select the preferred language during the installation process, as mentioned in the accepted solution of this thread.
Please let us know how it goes.
