I just got my new laptop and only was able to play it with mods for about a quarter of a month until it said my game license is invalid. Yes I cleared the cache like 20 times moved my mods to a different folder and uninstalled ea , repaired it like 6 times and still doesn’t want to load up. I never had this issue before and don’t know what to do.
I have the exact same issue. I've tried clearing the cache, repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling both the game itself and the EA app. I have over 500 hours in the game so I obviously own it, never had this issue before.
I've had the same problem for the last few months. I reported it and got no answer.
I had the issue for several months. I deleted everything and downloaded steam and play it through there now. I lost all my previous saved game files but I can play it again now.
Can you still use CC/Mods through steam? Is it still the same downloading location?
Same. I just got in contact with actual support yesterday and they gave me all the same solutions I found here or on reddit and said they would report it. Never actually solved it or told me if they knew what the issue could be. Guess we will see if I actually get a response about the report.
