Re: Sims 4 - Game License Invalid

I keep trying to launch my Sims 4, each time I get an error that says "Game license invalid". I have repaired the Sims and EA app, I have reinstalled the Sims and the EA app, I have cleared the cache, I have turned off my VPN, I have turned off my firewall... My game will still not launch. I do not use mods but I have bought almost all of the Sims packs and extra games... I actually purchased a new laptop to try to play and nothing. I have a lot of time and money invested in this game, can anyone help me?
