EA Play sub ended, Paid for games removed or reduced, support not interested

SO, my EA play subscription lapsed a few years ago, I play almost exclusively on Steam anyway now so it didn’t bother me, what DOES bother me is when i go to play a game i pre ordered and paid for the deluxe edition that i see a notification saying my entire library was emptied due to my EA play subscription expiring and the games that i had bought deluxe, collectors, pre order bonus editions are all now the base game and nothing else, no DLC, no pre order exclusives, nothing.

i asked support about this and they said: In order to regain access of those game then you need to renew your EA play.
i replied: yeah you didn’t read what i said there, i had paid for the games, i had pre ordered and paid for the games in full and they have been either removed or downgraded. games that I’d pre ordered and paid for in full

was then told: Let me explain you. As i have checked your account you have access to those game via subscription.

Which is **bleep**, as i still have some email receipts etc from shops or websites that I'd PRE ORDERED THE PHYSICAL GAMES FROM!
some examples:
Titan fall, I bought the collectors edition with the statue, now is the standard version.
Titan fall 2 vanguard edition (with the helmet and season passes etc) now standard,
Battlefield games from 3 to 2042, all collectors or premium editions, now mostly standard with 2042 staying premium, battlefield V losing PAID dlc that i'd bought.
Star wars battle front 1 & 2 (EA versions) Pre ordered both, played in the beta for both, had the highest tier edition of each, now no dlc and BF1 downgraded to standard edition.



All of this because the EA play subscription was cancelled
I'd really like the games I pre ordered and paid for the be the games in my account
Can someone please help here? Because EA CS are trash.
