Re: Sims 4 packs aren't loading in game

I hadn't played The Sims in a couple of months and needed to update the game. However, after updating and opening it, I discovered that all my add-ons were missing, even though the game indicated that they were still installed. I tried repairing the game, but that didn’t resolve the issue. This situation is quite frustrating and needs to be addressed.
