Re: something went wrong error..

Hi, I have been having trouble downloading my game packs. the download bar is going back and forth and pausing every minute or so. I have tried all the steps in the trouble shooting download forum and nothings worked. I have also tried contacting ea help where I have just been dismissed. Any ideas on how to fix this issue. I have attached a video of the downloading page, and the error message that comes up.
