Re: The EA App is Stuck On Preparing

when Origin was phased out and it made you change over to the EA app only, thats when the issue arose. when i logged into EA on my desktop after it offloaded origin, i noticed my battlefield 2042 was oddy shown as uninstalled? i went ahead to download the game again and thats when i experienced the present dilemma. every other game is fine. all my other battlefield games are no problem, my cross over games from steam link to ea are good to go too. even getting a new game to the library has no issue at all. i have no idea what it could be. i uninstalled the EA app and reinstalled it. i tried running the EA app as the administrator. i checked my firewall settings, i cleared out the cache. etc etc. i have been contacting EA customer support for half a year or so no and they havent gotten to me to help. They have a section where you can submit a case request for a review and response from someone at EA support, but i just get an email saying they are going to reach out to me eventually and then my case support request gets turned into completed/resolved by idk who??????? and ive had to resubmit like 5 new cases since this all started
