Hi there, @bobrovskij 

Both FIFA 22 and FIFA 23 have been removed from the EA Play list. They can only be played if they were purchased. You will need to delete the version that was downloaded through EA Play and download the game through your purchase history/library instead.

  • Hey, thank you for the answer. Could you possibly tell me how can i do that? Both Fifa 22 and 23 were purchased, but when i go into my purchase history, there is nothing there.

    What platform are you playing on? I'll look up those instructions. You also should be able to do a web search on that.

  • Having the same issue. Have never signed up to EA play and lost access the same time. Playing on PC through the EA App. Definatley an intentional decision by EA to remove it, even when it's been bought.

  • Were you able to locate the instructions? Can you post them here? I have located the Fifa23 purchase in my transaction history, but there is no button or option to reinstall it. My son is very upset that he suddenly has no access to his favourite game  ☹️
