ok I went through this last year and i finally got my origin to work and i was able to play my Sims 3 games again but i was gone for a while and i went to open origin again and i get error 20 403
the EA app wont work on my pc since it is so old. I have Windows 7 some one tell me how I can play my Sims 3 again I have spent 100's of dollars on the Sims 3 and i don't want to have wasted my money. I am not technically inclined so I have no clue what to do.....😢😢😢💔💔💔
@1985237 The EA app should run on Windows 7 64 bit. PC users have to use the EA app now. Use the dxdiag utility to see if your Windows 7 is 32 bit or 64 bit. Origin is used by mac users and I'm guessing sooner or later that will get changed over also. If your Windows operating system is 32 bit you may have to update Windows to 64 bit as the EA app is 64 bit (I think) and will not run on a 32 bit system.
