@abornsimmer I just wanted to give clarification on how I fixed this issue since I couldn't seem to find help anywhere else. I came across a forum where someone suggested to check the Install log so I did that and found a line that said "Installation Registry Missing. Game not yet installed" so I proceeded to reach out to EA for help since I thought I found the problem. They still didn't know what was wrong, so I started searching what a Registry was on PC, since I had no idea. After this, I realized that the problem must be do with some corrupted or missing Registry files so I opted for a reinstallation of Windows on my computer. It wiped all of my apps, but that solved the issue! The game finalized almost instantly after I reinstalled the EA app. Hopefully this is helpful to anyone else that ever experiences this obscure problem.
