Hi @JakeHowarth77 When looking at the backend, I see you have access to a number of games including Sim City. I would expect when you run EA app these appear in your Library. From here you can download and play them.
Is the issue you're stuck with downloading and installing EA app? The link I posted above does not work for you? Can you explain the problem further? Thank you
So, when I select "Download for Windows" and open the file it takes me to the Microsoft store. I cannot find EA or anything to do with EA in the Microsoft store. I have switched out of "S Mode" and still cannot find anything related to EA. Am I missing a step?

@JakeHowarth77 Here is the direct link to download the latest version of EA app.
https://origin-a.akamaihd.net/EA-Desktop-Client-Download/installer-releases/EAappInstaller.exe
When you download and run that, it should begin installing EA app.
I'm afraid I don't know what "S Mode" means. Whenever I select "download", and then open the file to run it, it gives me this.....
Is there a phone number I can call to speak with someone about this? I am looking to resolve this issue and access my account.

@JakeHowarth77 I had not heard of Windows S mode until you shared your screenshot.
Here is some material I read:
"
Windows 11 in S mode is a version of Windows 11 that's streamlined for security and performance, while providing a familiar Windows experience. To increase security, it allows only apps from Microsoft Store, and requires Microsoft Edge for safe browsing.
"
If you want to use EA app you will need to switch out of S mode, which you can read and make a decision about here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/switching-out-of-s-mode-in-windows-4f56d9be-99ec-6983-119f-031bfb28a307
