Re: [UPDATE] EA app Friends List, Invites, Cross-Play — What's Going On

Hi all,

For the past few weeks, the right panel of the EA app has been stuck in an indefinite loading state. This includes my profile picture, status, and friends list (please find attached). As a result, online friends are not visible, and I also don’t appear online to them. Although I can still play the game itself, I’m unable to join friends or play together.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far without success:

• Uninstalled and reinstalled the app
• Cleared local data and deleted registry entries after uninstalling EA
• Uninstalled both NFS and Battlefield and the EA app; removed all related folders, data, and registry entries before reinstalling
• Restarted the router
• Attempted installation on D: drive, but the app defaults to C: drive regardless

Would appreciate any further guidance or solutions.
