Same issue. Reinstalled, restarted, repaired and nothing works. 
also from the same region as previous members

I also noticed that a lot of us are from the same region. So, I think that this is the biggest hint so far!

 I join you with the same problem of course from the same region.I Have same situation on Win 10 ,from September until few days ago app run normal,now on double click nothing happens,I try almost all instructions about repair app,reinstall app,location settings,clear cash...nothing,also next step was to reinstall win 10,and then app start normal two days, and now same ..double click and nothing happens.
