EA App Not Working or Uninstalling
I have a laptop that runs Windows 11 to play the Sims 4. I noticed today that the EA app on my desktop screen was a blank white file instead of the usual logo. It will not open when I click on the desktop app nor when looking it up in the task bar. I have tried uninstalling the app through the control panel, but for some reason it will not uninstall from my laptop. The only recent changes I have made to my computer are installing an indie game, but most likely this is not the cause and probably happened after the EA app stopped working, as well as a basic disc cleanup. My laptop underwent the current Windows update. I haven't used the EA app for about a month and stopped automatic updates when I initially installed it. I honestly don't know what to do next since just trying to uninstall the app has proved unsuccessful.
@AliciaFarkas Try using Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine) to remove the EA App. Be sure to download a fresh copy of the App installer.
