The Windows version always ends in .1020 or .1030, depending on the patch level; the Mac version is always .1220 or .1230. You can ignore this part. The major version number is the 107 here, associated with the once-a-month large patches like the one from May 28; the minor version is the next number, for emergency patches like the one from June 6.
Also, the information about Sims players needing to update by June 10 only applies to Windows users, so you can ignore it completely.
