I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with downloading and installing games.
Would you be so kind to give a little more information about what is happening? Which error message do you get to see? Does this only happen with BFV or other games too? What have you tried so far to fix it?
With the additional information it will be easier for us to look into.
Hi - it’s the Loading button on all games I try to download. That was after I had cleared the cache using the Desktop app
No other issues accessing the app, but I can’t play any games

EA SPORTS FC™ TeamAh okay, so you mean that you can't download any games through the EA app because when you press the download button, then you only see the spinning circle without the game starting the download?
Could you please try launching the EA app as an administrator and temporarily turn off your firewall, VPN, anti-virus and any proxies that you may have?
