Hey @cwhyte250806 can you ensure that none of the security software on your system is blocking the EA app?
Can you also ensure that you are running it as admin?

How do I do that LOL I am not very technical with laptops and phones only have this laptop for sims4

You can right-click on the launcher and select Run as Admin @cwhyte250806.
Darko - @EA_Darko all it says is pin to task bar it close all windows because i cant put it as an app on the screen just in the task bar

Hey, I tried everything you recommended nothing is working it still displays the same message is there any other way to try fix it
How did you do it if the app isn't on the screen and only on the taskbar?
