@EA_Jason Nope on this occasion isn't still not working via cable, and we have tried a new controller too, the game still isn't working.

Guys it fixed!! After updating windows to Windows 11 22H2 it fixed the issues with the controller!
Hi,
I have the same problem with the EA App, I have an EA Play subscription.
The controller doesn't work correctly when I use it in wireless mode.
I have a new Microsoft XBox Controller purchased on november 2022.
So yesterday I tried this steps:
- uninstall EA app- download older Origin App from the web (you can find it easily searching on Google)
- Install older Origin App and sync the games (the app do it)
... and IT WORKS!!!!
Now the controller works like a charm (IN WIRELESS MODE!!)
