Re: "You don't have access" error
I have three packs I’m missing three downloads and each time I try to download it it says “I don’t have access we’ve cancelled because you don’t own this” but I do own it I bought them it last year

It sounds like these packs may have been removed from your account- I'm afraid we don't have access to your account or billing details here on the forums, so we wouldn't be able to look into this with you further.
