Re: "You don't have access" error

Hello i bought 3 new games and installed them yesterday everything was working fine until i came back from taking a break and now my new packs are uninstalled and will not redownload. I tried restarting the app, repairing the game, clearing the cache, i even uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game and EA app on my mac. I tried reaching out to EA and it gave me a message saying that this problem isn’t available to talk to an agent. I attached below the specific message and the packs that aren’t working I did find an older post on this forum and another person was able to fix it by clearing their cache but that isn’t working for me
