I’ve been trying this for three days now and have contacted EA multiple times. This is clearly a bug on their side, either within the app, on their servers, or related to my account (which I can’t access). The only thing they tell me is that they will share the information with their team, but I’ve been left in the dark. I’m unsure if I’ll ever be able to play with this expansion pack, and I’m uncertain if buying it again would even help. Since I already own it, as confirmed by a data request. My only hope lies in the uncertainty of whether EA will fix this problem for me.
Have you tried repairing the game? And if that doesn't fix it, you could also try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. If you go the uninstall/reinstall route, move your entire The Sims 4 folder to your desktop just to make sure you don't lose your saves. A reinstall doesn't usually wipe it out but a few posters have reporting it happening to them. Better safe than sorry.

I have tried repairing the game multiple times, and I don't think it's a bug in my Sims 4 game itself. Like I mentioned, I can't download it through the EA app—it doesn't show up in 'Manage Add-ons,' nor does it say that the EP is in my library. However, The Sims 4 game itself says it is, and so does the data report I requested.
So, I'm convinced it's a bug in the EA app.- CGrant5629 days agoHero+
Yorben1406 Have you looked in your Add Ons? To do that, open the App, select The Sims 4 and bring up the panel where you have the Manage and Play buttons. Above that panel, you should see Overview and Add Ons. Select Add Ons. Scroll down until you find Lovestruck. There should be a download button there in the same place that the cart button is for packs you don't own.

To be respectful, have you read my original post? As I mentioned, I have already tried this. Checking the add-ons is usually the first thing you do after purchasing an expansion to download it.
To reiterate, I cannot find the expansion pack I purchased anywhere in the EA App without being prompted to buy it again. The only places where I can see that I own it are in The Sims 4 itself and in the data request I made.
You can see in the pictures I shared in my original post what my EA App and The Sims 4 store look like.
