Servers bad connection. Unstable internet connection

I have a connection issue since 19 of September when the game released. I have perfect internet connection althought when I play a rivals match in every game the signal up the screen shows unstable connection and red bars. Everytime inside game it is freezing. The problem is about ea servers. When are you going to fix this, thus can play properly. At last I would suggest to give extra time to open ladder tournament, because it affects the game and still can't play. Then how can i suppose to reach division 4? Otherwise It would be a disgrace and shame of you because the fault is yours.
