Can't unlink XBOX account from my EA Account

Hello, so the problem is I want to unlink an old XBOX account that I've completely lost and no longer have any access to, to the account I'm actually currently using, but I'm not given the option to do so like other people I've seen, simply, the option to unlink isn't there at all, so I'm requesting that someone please does it for me.

I will provide pictures of the options to unlink not showing, the error I'm getting and my actual account.
