for the last few weeks at least, every single time i try to play my saves on sims 4, it tells me i need to buy all the packs again. I exit out, reopen the app, reopen sims, restart my laptop, repair ...

wwhitlark6 The next time this happens, I would suggest doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of Sims 4 and the EA App. How to do so is described in the accepted solution of this thread:

Yes, it would take time, maybe a lot of time if your download speeds aren't great. But hopefully it would only be necessary once.
