Sims 4 - Game License Invalid

So first I had an issue with my app even loading, it said I had no games in my library, I needed to buy EA Play which I haven't had in years with no issue, and wouldn't even show Sims 4 anywhere. Con...

Hi @kaimoook, 

Are you trying to launch the game from the EA app or from the desktop icon? 

If you're launching from the desktop, can you please double check which account are you using to login on the EA app?

Open from EA, the account is correct, but the license is not found.
