For those using the EA app and support is no help & nothing works;; if you uninstall from EA App. Connect your steam to your EA account, you can download sims for free & then it will access all your packs owned on EA App! So for the first time in forever, I can actually play!! Install Sims 4 from Steam, make sure both accounts are connected. Once the packs are installed, you can use them & play sims!
