It's been a long while but I did this with My EA app, once I move the file a new one is created when I try and run a game but unable to verify the license
Hey I was able to finally fix this just delete the game and download it through steam then you can open sims4 and it will ask if you want to link EA account to Steam account select yes then you can open sims4 then close it out and open EA app and redownload all of your DLCs then u can just play it from steam
