I'm not sure what happened, but last Tuesday I was able to launch and show off my precious Sims to my boyfriend, and now the game won't open because the "game license" is invalid. I've tried clearing the cache on the EA app, clearing my computer cache, clean-booting my computer, updating my computer, and uninstalling and re-installing both the game and the app. I've restarted my computer, tried old tricks from other uses 2 years ago. Nothing. I don't know what else to do. I've even removed mods, and nothing helps. I just wanna play my game again. I've bought this well before it became free-to-play, and I've put a lot of money into this game. Please help!
