i am in online mode and I have cleared the cache. I have uninstalled and rreinstalled too. nothing works.
I've done the same things, on top of doing a clean boot of my pc and reinstalled Sims 4 as well. Still nothing
I am so bummed it seems there is no way to fix it :-(
