Since your July 1 update,we had encountered game bugs
I updated all the mods even delete and re-install again including the CC. I deleted the game several times, it always does the same thing! The needs of the sims we even see it's round and triangles. When I deleted the game and re-installed it now I can't even enter the game menu that at the time of startup I crash directly.
You should fix this problem because I'm not the only one here with the same problem !

Im not an EA employee but maybe I can help since Ive taken a crash course in Sims 4 crashing analysis xD (jk). Pls answer the following questions:
- What are the exact steps you took when you reinstalled the mods?
- Does the crash occur in the EA app? Does an error message appear? If yes, can you translate pls (i dont speak french xD? Or does the crash happen in-game?
