Sims 4 game now has no play button?

I have played Sim4 for ages, I have several packs and it has always worked fine!
Last night it even played fine.

Went to play it today and there is no play button? Only manage and download is blacked out.

I tried clearing the cache, run as admin, but nothing is working. 

I logged into my steam account and sims 4 is there and playable but no expansion packs are!

What is going on?
