Sims 4 is not working?

Hey so, since i think a week ago, every time i went to the EA app to load The Sims 4, it was "open" but the game would never actually open. The EA app would disappear to my home-screen, then 2 minutes later, it would go right back to the EA App.
I've already uninstalled, and installed the EA app and the sims 4 back. Im not banned neither, I've checked. Ive cleared my cache. As well as  deleting mods.

any help/advice?
