So i bought 2 expansion packs on monday. 5 days ago, when i bought them it said my payment failed but they still charged me on my card. the order is in my order history and has been processing for 5 days now, ive contacted EA twice and all theyve told me is to wait. so now im here. Is there anything i can do?

A payment showing as processing can take up to 72 hours to fully process through- if it's been over 72 hours, you'll want to get back in contact with the live support team so they can take a look at this transaction and see what's happening. Here on the forums, we aren't able to access your billing details to take a look.
