Re: Sims 4 won’t install on the Ea app

I’ve been trying to install the sims 4 on the Ea app saying installation error says I don’t have Microsoft Visual C ++ Redtristuble installed when in fact I do have it installed but it sends me to the installation process for the Microsoft visual c ++ but it won’t install and throws an error saying that its already installed I know that but then I can’t finish installing the sims 4 game I have tried literally everything and still won’t install the game. Please help fix this issue I want to play this game.
