Had same issue, the deadline was 10:00PST and it was 6:00amEST time and it took off all the discounts and disappeared before the time was up. I have a post also requesting the sale still. I have spent two hours trying to figure out how to contact someone by email to get something figured out and finally came here. I know the sims 4 is known for bugs but me missing out on a sale because of it is not my fault and we should be able to coordinate checking out with the summer sale but WHO IS GOING TO HELP US
