Technical issue
Hi I recently bought the sims 4 for Rent add on and it didn’t download and it still showed up in my cart so I bought it again and again. So I was charged 3x times for the add on and it’s still not downloading. Please help

To get assistance requesting a refund for a DLC purchased by mistake, please contact EA Help Support.
For all other refunds that are not DLCs, you should be able to request a refund by following the steps in this article: How to get a refund for EA games
