Same thing happened to me. I didn't change anything on my antivirus, so I don't think that's the problem. The last time I played the game, I put a building from the Gallery into my world and the game started lagging. I was in build mode and couldn't place down or delete objects. I thought maybe the build was too big for my laptop, so I closed the game for the day, and now I when I went to open it (from the EA app) it gave me the same message. I also tried repairing, and the uninstalling and reinstalling, but also got the message. I don't kow if the build I downloaded from the Gallery has anything to do with this, but that's the only thing that comes to mind. Also I do use mods, but I don't have anything new, so I don't think they would act up now, and like this.
Edit: I also had blank bubbles in the interactions menu when I tried to interact with pets.
Really hope this gets a fix because I spent money on this game so I would like to play it.
