the app is asking for a key when launching the game through the EA app

 Just yesterday I was launching games through EA play, and today I see windows asking me to enter a key and buy a game I've already purchased. I tried all the methods I received from support and the result is negative.

purchase issue

    I'm trying this too. Just bought the game again but it's still asking for a product key. Will keep trying.
