the application crashed unexpectedly

When I am on the login screen to ea app I get an error saying "the application crashed unexpectedly". Even resetting the entire laptop did not help, I have the current version on ea updater it says the current version. I cannot clear the cache because I have to log in and it is impossible because this error pops up. I have tried all the methods from yt and still the same. I beg for help from someone
