The Sims 4 Won't Download (As Well As Update and Repair)

I have not been able to update The Sims 4 for days. I thought uninstalling it would work but it only may things worse since I now can't download the game again. I've talked to several people and have done quite literally everything possible to fix this. I keep getting an error message and I don't know what to do at this point.
