Hello. It is not good that you are having these issues. It would be best to run a DxDiag report on your laptop and then add the report here. Then someone may be able to help you

Hi, I clicked the link and it gave directions for a pc, but I do not own a PC. Does the directions still work for a laptop(Lenovo)
