EA App Not Launching

For the past couple of weeks, I haven't been able to open the EA App. Every time I try, I can see in the task manager that the app is trying to open, but it keeps switching around to EALauncher, EALaunchHelper, and EACrashReporter, before just closing with the background services for a couple of minutes, and then eventually that will disappear too. I've looked up different forums and tried just about everything suggested. I tried running as administrator, running different compatibility modes, checking on all windows and EA updates, checking my antivirus permissions, I've completely uninstalled the app and deleted all files and settings and reinstalled and repaired, I've even gone so far as to wipe my computer and reinstall Windows 11, and set up my computer without using a backup and manually saving my game files on a external drive to make sure the computer was completely wiped to factory settings, and it still won't open. At this point, I'm not sure what else I can do. I'm just trying to play The Sims, and I've tried downloading it on Steam AND Xbox with my EA App synced up to see it it would force the app to launch, and that didn't work either. Has anyone else had this problem recently, and was able to solve it using any other method not listed above? So far everything I've looked up that sounds like this doesn't seem to have a definitive solution. It's just very frustrating knowing I've spent over $1000 on my favorite game, for it to not even be able to open up without this stupid app open. At this point should I just throw the whole computer away and save up for a new one?? Even then I would be afraid that it won't open up. I've been at it every night for weeks and nothing has been successful, so anything at all at could help me get to the root of this would be super appreciated. Thanks!
