Hello,
After thinking it over, I’ve decided to buy the Business and Leisure pack despite the issue I encountered with the world not appearing. I originally considered purchasing it from Instant Gaming, but in the end, I will buy it directly from the EA App to avoid any potential complications. However, before finalizing my purchase, I want to be sure that if the pack still doesn’t show up after buying it, I’ll be able to contact someone who can actually fix the issue. In that case, who should I reach out to? Should I contact EA support again via email, or is there a more effective way to get help quickly? Thanks in advance for your responses!

If you run into any purchases with your pack directly from the EA app, the live support team can take a look and help get that resolved.
