I can not play Madden 26 despite having it installed as everytime i run it it, the ea app opens and says game ownership diabled or deleted, which is an error others have wrongfully been given by the app before with ea fc and both the sims 3 and 4 on this forum with the problems being fixed. I recently bought the game with no problem, I'd been playing for over a week with no issues until I randomly had my access removed after an update for the game dropped. I have tried all methods recommended to find missing games, including clearing cache, logging out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling the ea app, deleting my licenses and appdata, running the game as admin and even restarting my system. I have owned and played the game and it is still on my desktop, it is not in my library and going to its page in the EA app shows that i must purchase it; I have no instances in my penalty history to suggest that I should not own the game and an EA Help agent confirmed it is active on my account on their end. There should be no way i magically lose ownership and it randomly disappears, and no I did not only have the game through EA Play and then a membership expired or anything like that. I've opened 3 cases across a period of over two weeks with ea help about the issue and they provided several options that did not fix anything. I Imagine its probably something with the ea app that needs to be patched or a problem with something on my account, if it is the latter, something like removing the game from my account and issuing a new copy would fix it and if not, then a new patch of the app would fix anything on that side. I've done literally everything I can besides installing a fresh copy of windows 11 on my end and am tired of waiting to be able to play a game I rightfully own when I know nothing has actually been attempted to fix it yet.
