(Friend) Purchased B6 Battle pass season 2 - not registering in game

Hi,

An online friend of mine is jumping up and down in our discord, stating he has purchased and activated the season 2 battle pass (battlefield 6) but nothing is registering in game that he has the battle pass.

Also states to me there's no response to him from any support in these forums.

Can you give me a direct email or contact that I can send to him in order to sort this out?

(He should be the one writing to you but thinks this is all some conspiracy)
