Unable to pay

Since February I have been unable to pay for items in store. 
”We're unable to process your order at this time due to an issue with your provided payment method. Please use a different payment method to complete your order, or try again later”.

I have contacted EA multiple times with this, however each time there’s no resolution. 
obviously I have tried all other payment options, banks, cards etc.

Anyone else have this problem?

    Since we are on the forums, we are not able to review account, billing, or payment details directly. What we can do here is provide troubleshooting steps that may help resolve the issue.

    If the issue continues after going through those steps, you may need to contact EA Help again so they can review the payment issue on the account side.
