update problem
I updated sims 4 and i had bought all those packs on where it says required packs so I don't know why it says I can't play those saved games because those packs are required but like why do I need to repurchase them??

I'm legit having the same issue. Let me know if someone replies :(
edit- For more info, the packs are all appearing in the repair list, so it still has recollection of them. However, if I click them to try to see if it wants me to just reinstall them, it wants me to repurchase, which I'm not doing.

vgtnajgfz6z0 Are the packs listed as owned in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? If so, are they listed as installed? Packs showing as installed but not loading is a known issue covered here, for Windows and macOS, respectively:

Sims 4 packs aren't loading in game | EA Forums - 7507537If the EA App thinks you don't own the content, you've probably signed into the wrong account. It's easy to do and very common these days.
hey_its_lozzi3 The Repair list doesn't have anything to do with the EA account you're signed into at the time. So you could have opened the wrong account and be seeing the repair history from when you were previously in the correct account.
Qinga1 Please provide more information, including whether the EA App thinks you own the packs, as described above.
